Lake Nakuru and Rift Valley Lakes Safari

A short, dense safari that packs remarkable variety into two days. Lake Nakuru is Kenya’s most reliable rhino park, with both black and white rhino grazing the lake shore, and in season the soda water turns pink with flamingos. The acacia forest behind the lake hides leopards that show themselves surprisingly often.

Day two adds Lake Naivasha, where you swap the vehicle for a boat and drift past hippos and fish eagles before walking among giraffe and zebra on Crescent Island, one of the few places in Kenya you can do that on foot.
